Preparation of kebabs in educational groups “Shoes”, “Fishes”, “Butterflies”

During this week, children from the educational groups “Ribice”, “Cipelići” and “Leptirići” discussed traditional dishes of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They learned about salty and sweet traditional dishes such as: sarma, stuffed peppers, dolma, kadaif, dates, baklava…, and talked about their ingredients and what makes those dishes special. During today's activities, children had the opportunity to get to know our favorite and recognizable traditional dish, Sarajevo kebabs. They had the opportunity to get acquainted with the ingredients used for preparation, and with the actual preparation of our traditional kebabs. We enjoyed every bite.
